Dear Jack, ? Love multiplies when you share it. ? In 2025, 135 foster families opened their homes to 650 animals in need. They provided around-the-clock care totaling 30,000 hours. They bottle-fed 31 tiny kittens. They nurtured 438 kittens and 39 puppies. They gave 70 adult cats and 72 adult dogs a safe place to heal and grow. ? Our foster program is the heartbeat of our life-saving work. It allows us to care for animals who need extra attention, whether that's medical care, socialization, or simply a quiet place to decompress. Foster families provide what we cannot replicate in a shelter setting: the comfort of a home. ? The impact is profound. Animals in foster care learn to trust. They discover that not all humans will hurt them. They play, they relax, they become the pets they were always meant to be. ?
