182 House lawmakers and a majority of voters support impeaching Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.1

But Trump is sticking by Noem’s side as she oversees the administration’s racist mass deportations and city invasions. When asked about firing Noem, Trump responded, “Why would I do that?”2

The articles of impeachment against Noem detail how she has violated the public trust with violent ICE raids and warrantless arrests, obstructed justice by blocking members of Congress from carrying out their oversight powers at ICE facilities, and conducted gratuitous self-dealing by handing out taxpayer dollars to the advertising firm of the husband of her chief DHS propagandist.3 Urge your Representative to hold Noem accountable now!

Noem has spread heinous lies to cover up the crimes of this administration. After an ICE agent shot and killed Renee Good, Noem accused Good of "domestic terrorism," and falsely asserted that Good "weaponized her vehicle to conduct an act of violence against the law enforcement officer and the public."4

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spoke out against Noem and the White House, saying, “The uncorking of chaos that this administration is trying to attempt against the American people is escalatory, it is dangerous and it is a complete abdication of leadership.”5

The House must act now to hold the DHS Secretary accountable for her systematic violation of human rights, civil liberties, and the rule of law.
