The results of our 2026 Priorities Survey are in. Last week, we asked
thousands of you to tell us what you want to see from the progressive
movement in 2026, and the message is clear.
Here’s what we heard in the survey:
“We want Democrats to push back harder against Trump and the Republican
agenda — not hedge, not compromise away our values, and not stay silent
while people are harmed.”
“We need Democrats to stop ICE’s terror. The unlawful raids, kidnappings,
detention deaths, and violence happening without due process, and to
defund an agency that is out of control.”
“We need you to protect health care for everyone, including reproductive
care, trans people, immigrants, and working families.”
“Democrats need to use every tool available to protect people’s lives and
rights. No more half measures when the stakes are this high.”
And more than any single issue, you told us that the old way of doing
things isn’t going to cut it.
People want leaders who are willing to think bigger, move faster, and
fight harder. Leaders who will stand with working people instead of
billionaires, and with communities instead of corporations.
That’s why Pramila’s focused on growing and training the progressive
movement, standing up to Trump’s authoritarian agenda, and taking back the
House this year so we can actually deliver on the change people are
demanding. But she can’t do it alone.
