Hi John,
You made Ottawa retreat on its gas and diesel vehicle ban and now it’s time to turn up the heat on the next fight.
Prime Minister Mark Carney didn’t retreat because he wanted to. He’s backing up because of you. You and thousands of other taxfighters.
You signed petitions. You emailed government consultations. You forced Ottawa to retreat.
Now Ottawa has retreated on its plan to ban 100 per cent of new gas and diesel vehicle sales by 2035 through the electric vehicle mandate.
But the fight isn’t over.
Instead of simply shredding the ban, Ottawa is rolling out billions of dollars in corporate welfare and subsidies as well as expensive new regulations.
What do you do after a win? You keep pushing. And you get another win.
This is your chance to sign the petition to end corporate welfare. The government doesn’t want you to notice the billions it hands out to multinational corporates. When you sign the petition, you’ll be the first to know about corporate welfare boondoggles and you’ll lead the charge to stop it.
Will you sign the PETITION to end corporate welfare?
We, the undersigned, call on the government to stop handing out corporate welfare.

You made Carney cancel the consumer carbon tax, the capital gain tax hike and now the ban on new gas and diesel vehicles. You can win the next fight too. Fighting back works, thanks to taxfighters like you.
Thank you for standing up for taxpayers. You are making a real difference.
