Early voting begins Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026!

Primary elections are foundational to the functioning of a constitutional republic, as they play a crucial role in the nominating process for political parties and help determine candidates for general elections. They ensure that you, as a voter, have a say in selecting your party's representatives.

Vote early Feb. 17 - Feb. 27
Election Day: March 3

The Texas Values Action Free Voters Guide provides Texas voters critical information on candidates and where they stand on important issues impacting faith, family, and freedom in Texas.

Texas Values Action produces this comprehensive guide, in partnership with iVoterGuide, to help Texans cast a more informed vote. It is not an attempt to endorse or oppose any candidate.

Special Guest Cissie Graham Lynch, Senior Advisor and Spokesperson for The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) and Samaritan’s Purse, and host Jonathan Saenz, President & Attorney for Texas Values, discuss the Save Women's Sports issue and the value of every life.

"I saw a generation rising up of high school students and college students saying, Roe vs Wade was not going to be the future that they accepted.

We’re kind of seeing this 'family' boom…and the left hates it.

Back in 2015…two boys came and took 15 titles away from these girls and they took a stand…and nobody stood with them.

I think of my grandfather's quote, “the courage of one will stiffen the spines of others”, and those girls did it!

I host a podcast with ‘Fearless’…how to encourage people in their communities and in their families to have a fearless faith in a compromising culture."

Victory! Last week, Texas Values sent a letter to a school about LGBT posters that promoted GLSEN and transgender ideology to students. All in violation of SB 12! The school responded that the posters were removed and the teacher was advised.

If you know of any school that is violating SB 12, please contact us at [email protected]! And please --> support our work!

SBOE Update:

Texas Values has received confirmation that information on the Texas Women’s Privacy Act will be placed in the Parental Rights Handbook that was discussed at last week’s Texas State Board of Education’s (SBOE) meetings. This is crucial since so many parents contact Texas Values about what to do when a male student is using the female locker rooms and showers in public schools.

The Texas SBOE approved a framework for the revision of the Social Studies standards last week. We expect a draft of the Social Studies standards to be presented at the next SBOE meeting and receive a vote.

Please stay tuned for updates. The SBOE discussed having a special meeting in the Spring.

Texas Values is seeking motivated university, graduate, and law school students to intern in our Austin office (or remotely with special approval) who have a passion to promote biblical values and have the desire to learn more about law, public policy, and the political process in Texas. Learn more about what happens during a Texas Values internship from previous interns here and here.
