I wanted to take a moment to remind you why I decided to step into this fight for Northern California. I am not a career politician chasing a title or a ladder. I am an educator, a nonprofit leader, and an expert in agriculture who has spent my life showing up for our communities during times of crisis and recovery. 

Our district has been ignored by Washington for too long because the people in power are often picked by special interests and big money donors. I believe in a different kind of leadership. I believe in showing up, listening first, and fighting for the dignity of every family from our rural mountain towns to the valley floor. 

That is why I refuse to take a single dime of corporate PAC money. This campaign is powered entirely by people like you who believe that our district deserves real representation.
