The authority to stop voter intimidation does not come from Washington. It comes from state courts, and ultimately from state Supreme Courts. That is why MAGA’s long-term strategy has focused on capturing those courts. This is not new. This is the next phase. Last year, Defend Our Courts helped lead the successful defense of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court—a critical firewall in the most important swing state in the country. That victory wasn’t symbolic. It protected the court that would have final say over election disputes in 2026 and beyond. Now MAGA is escalating nationwide.
