Abortion businesses receive an estimated $2,000,000 of American taxpayer dollars every single day. Tragically, they use your money to end the lives of preborn children across the country. As just one example, according to Planned Parenthood’s 2023-2024 annual report, the abortion giant received $792 million in funds from American taxpayers, an increase of $92.9 million from the previous year. So even though Planned Parenthood is receiving millions in private donations, it still depends on taxpayers to support its deadly operations.

The one-year moratorium on federal Medicaid funds for abortion providers ends in July. It must be renewed and made permanent.

It is time to permanently stop this abuse of taxpayer money in every state and at the federal level. At a time of massive federal deficits and economic challenges for American families—it is morally and fiscally wrong to use taxpayer dollars to support abortion providers. Sixty percent of Americans oppose the use of taxpayer funds for abortion and should not be forced to pay for something that violates their religious or moral beliefs.

Congress and state governments must end taxpayer funding of abortion for good.
