After I reminded our servicemembers of their obligations to uphold their oaths to the Constitution, Donald Trump called for me to be arrested, tried for treason, and executed.

Then the President and his MAGA lackeys launched a bogus FBI inquiry into me and other veteran Members of Congress who dared to speak out against this corrupt administration.

Now, Trump is sending his political cronies at the Justice Department, including former Fox News host Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, to try and threaten and intimidate me.

I served three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I took an oath to defend the Constitution as a paratrooper, Army Ranger, and now Member of Congress. It’s a lifetime oath, and I intend to keep it.

Donald Trump has picked a fight with the wrong people. I refuse to be intimidated, and I won’t stand for our democracy to be dismantled. None of us want to live in an America where the President can weaponize the government against their perceived enemies.

With Trump’s FBI and DOJ coming after me, will you split a contribution between Lucy McBath and my campaign today to help defend against these attacks and show Donald Trump we won’t be silenced?
