As we ramp up signature collection and field work across Texas, these are the real, concrete costs we’re covering to keep organizers in the field and supported:

And the monthly costs that keep this work running smoothly and safely:

Payroll + time-tracking software: $500/monthParking for staff: $200/month

Organizer in the field: $3,000/month
None of this is flashy — but all of it is essential.
These are the tools that allow organizers to show up, collect signatures, track hours correctly, and do the work with dignity and care. Without them, organizing slows down. With them, it scales.
To put it plainly: $750 covers one organizer working a full week in the field — talking to voters, collecting signatures, and defending community-led change.
Every contribution goes directly toward putting tools in organizers’ hands and keeping this work moving forward.
