John,

Last weekend at the Conservative Party convention, the truth came out.

Conservative delegates were asked to back away from Bill C-4, a law their MPs once cheered and voted for. They refused.

Kids are constantly being told – in schools, online, and across social media – that they might be born in the wrong body.

When they come home confused, Bill C-4 makes it risky for parents and professionals to firmly push back and say something simple and true: You are not broken. You don’t need to change your body.

Bill C-4 tilts everything in one direction. It protects those promoting so-called “gender-affirming care,” including irreversible medical interventions, while targeting the adults who say no.

Children are the ones who pay the price.

At the convention, Conservative delegates were given a chance to acknowledge that supporting Bill C-4 was a mistake, and to distance themselves from it. They wouldn’t even do that.

That tells you exactly where they stand.

And when this was pointed out, something else happened. A network of online personalities rushed to run cover.

These influencers present themselves as “independent journalists,” but the moment the CPC’s record is questioned, they stop asking questions and start attacking critics. They never challenge the party. They clap for it.

The People’s Party of Canada is not afraid to call that out.

Today, we released a public statement calling out the Conservatives — and their army of online cheerleaders — for standing by Bill C-4 and abandoning basic conservative principles when it comes to children and biology.

We’ve been clear from the beginning:

- No child is born in the wrong body
- Children deserve self-acceptance, not ideological pressure
- Medicalizing confusion is not compassion
- The state should not silence parents while protecting activist institutions

👉 Donate today to help us keep fighting Bill C-4 and protect kids.

They can clap, deflect, and change the subject; we’ll keep telling the truth and fighting the law.

Thank you, John, for standing with children,
Max
