My name is Dani Sterbinsky, and I am a Navy veteran and Democrat running to represent Arizona’s 9th Congressional district. 

My opponent in this race, Rep. Paul Gosar, is the most dangerous man in Congress. 

He has documented ties to self-described white supremacists, helped organize the “Stop the Steal Rally” alongside militant right-wing groups that attacked our Capitol on January 6th, and was censured in Congress for posting a video depicting violence against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

He may sound just like every other MAGA extremist politician currently plaguing our government.  

But I promise you did not see this coming:

Yes — you read that correctly.

If you’re getting this email, I know I don’t have to pitch you on why this guy needs to lose his job. That headline is proof enough.

So instead, let me tell you why I’m going to defeat him:

I served on the USS Bainbridge (DDG-96), the guided-missile destroyer that took part in the rescue of Captain Richard Phillips. I was taught in the Navy how to fight, and how to protect and defend my country. I was taught the meaning of real public service. 

I took an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

So I know how to go toe-to-toe with men like Paul Gosar, who glorify fascists and everything America stands against.

The people of AZ-9 want real leadership, real service, and real solutions. They certainly do not want a man who celebrates Hitler’s birthday in Congress.

That's why our campaign will defeat him. Already, thousands of Democrats have rallied to support our campaign. Our campaign has the momentum and the strength to defeat him—we just need the resources to finish the job:
