In January, ICE murdered Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis - and it was no accident.
Donald Trump and Stephen Miller turned ICE into a massive secret police force that is kidnapping, terrorizing and killing American citizens with impunity - in flagrant violation of our Constitution rights.
Senate and House Democrats are furious and demanded 10 policy changes before they will vote for the DHS budget which includes ICE.
But this Democratic strategy is doomed to fail because
- Senate and House Republicans are adamantly opposed to them and have their own demands to make things even worse - like punishing Sanctuary Cities and requiring proof of citizenship for voting
- Even if Republicans enact minor changes, Donald Trump will simply ignore them - and defy court orders that try to compel him
Let's tell our Senators and Representatives: There is only one way to stop ICE terror: Abolish ICE!
And this week, Steve Bannon gave us one more reason we must Abolish ICE.
“You’re damn right we’re going to have ICE surround the polls come November,” Bannon said on his “War Room” podcast. “We’re not going to sit here and allow you to steal the country again. And you can whine and cry and throw your toys out of the pram all you want, but we will never again allow an election to be stolen.”
As Charlamagne Tha God notes, Trump is "going to use [ICE] to disrupt or intimidate voters at polling places
