The NFL Draft is expected to attract out-of-town visitors to Pittsburgh by the tens of thousands. The April event could reshape the city’s short-term rental market ([link removed]) , temporarily or permanently increasing the number of available rooms in the area.
A rental data expert told Public Source he sees a “profound shift” in the Pittsburgh market ahead of the draft, with early bookings quadruple last year’s level ([link removed]) .
