unearned, nepotistic, dumb, and downright mediocre so many of the people
behind these power grabs were going to be. And it works — because of brute
force. Republicans want us to give in to cynicism, but giving up is a
privilege we simply cannot afford. Through solidarity, we can make a new
world, a better country, where our work has dignity and our lives have
