Team,
Earlier this week, I delivered my State of the City address, and I’ve been thinking about the responsibility we share to keep Los Angeles moving forward.
At its core, Los Angeles is a city that stands together. It was built by people from everywhere. It is united by our shared values of dignity, inclusion, and opportunity. Those values guide how we govern, how we solve problems, and how we show up for one another.
And when those values are challenged by politicians who want to tear us apart, we do not back down.
Guided by that spirit, we’re making real progress. We are seeing safer streets, have moved thousands of people indoors, and are tackling the cost-of-living crisis by fast-tracking tens of thousands of affordable homes.
But none of this progress happens without people who believe in this city and are willing to invest in its future.
If you believe in a Los Angeles that works for everyone, I’m asking you to donate today and support my re-election campaign. The work’s not done, and I promise I will do everything in my power to keep moving L.A. forward.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
I was born and raised in Los Angeles. My family is here. And I carry with me every day what this city means to the people who call it home.
I know you do, too, and I’m so grateful to have you in my corner.
Thank you,
