John,
What I am about to say should alarm every single one of us.
Last week, journalists and protesters, including Don Lemon, Georgia Fort, Trahern Crews, and Jamael Lundy , were arrested while covering and participating in an anti-immigration enforcement protest at a Minnesota church.
These individuals were arrested for reporting, protesting, and exercising their First Amendment rights.
This is not about public safety; it’s intimidation, and it’s an attack on free speech.
Time and again, this administration has shown us exactly who ICE protects, and it’s sure not our communities. ICE terrorizes immigrants, brutalizes protesters, and now targets journalists for telling the truth.
Hands off our rights. Hands off our communities. SIGN OUR PETITION TODAY AND DEMAND THE ABOLITION OF ICE. [[link removed]]
Meanwhile, my opponent, Wesley Bell, is doing what establishment Democrats always do when ICE crosses the line:
✅ Lip service & empty statements.
✅ Calling for "investigation" of ICE with no real follow-through.
✅ Claiming that more training for ICE will solve this.
He isn’t :
❌ Calling the ICE killings what they are: executions.
❌ Calling for ICE to be abolished.
I will.
Because you don’t reform an agency built on cruelty. You don’t “train” your way out of state violence. You ABOLISH ICE and build systems rooted in dignity, safety, and human rights.
Add your name to my petition right now demanding ICE be abolished and our First Amendment rights be protected. [[link removed]]
