Friends,
I’m reaching out to remind you that the submission deadline for our Valentines for Veterans program is fast approaching!
I’m asking people all across Virginia’s Fourth to show appreciation for men and women who’ve served in the Armed Services by making Valentine’s Day cards! This is an excellent opportunity for students, teachers, Boy and Girl Scout troops, service organizations and community members to give back to veterans in our community.
To express your thanks to a veteran today, simply write a note in a handmade or store-bought card! The deadline to submit Valentines is February 9th, 2026. Cards can be mailed or dropped off to our Richmond (11 S. 12th Street, Suite 401, Richmond, VA 23219) or Brunswick (100 Athletic Field Road, Lawrenceville, VA 23868) offices. Valentines will be hand-delivered by my team and me to local organizations serving veterans.
If you’re unable to deliver cards to either office, or have a large batch of cards from your students or other members of your community, you can contact our Richmond office at 804-468-1840 to arrange a pickup.
Please also contact our Richmond office with any questions or concerns. Thank you for helping us spread love to our local veterans this February!
