New FAIR Report Profiles Some of America’s Most Dangerous Criminal Aliens Protected
in Sanctuary Jurisdictions
Highlights Urgency to Remove Public Safety Threats
Admitted During Biden administration
WASHINGTON—As Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) moves to arrest and remove criminal illegal aliens from American communities, sanctuary jurisdictions are doubling down on policies that protect deportable criminals and demanding ([link removed]) that ICE leave their jurisdictions.
A new report by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), America’s Most Unwanted, profiles a small sample of the criminal aliens – many of them violent offenders – who entered the country illegally during the Biden administration. The 39 criminals profiled – all of whom entered the country between 2021 and 2024 – were responsible for offenses ranging from acts of terrorism, gang violence, murder, sexual assault, hate crimes and DUIs.
“President Trump was elected on a promise to reverse the damage caused by four years of open borders,” said Dale Wilcox, executive director and general counsel of FAIR. “While sanctuary politicians and many in the media portray ICE in the vilest terms,
America’s Most Unwanted illustrates the urgency of the job the agency is doing, often at great risk to the agents on the front lines.”
“The 39 ‘most unwanted’ we profiled in this report represent just a cross-section of the sort of criminals ICE is tracking down and removing from the country. Rather than protecting criminals who should never have been in this country in the first place, as sanctuary policies do, the focus should be on ensuring that no more innocent Americans are victimized by the countless thousands of who were let in under the previous administration,” said Pawel Styrna, FAIR’s director of international affairs, who authored the report.
