This may be the shortest update I’ve sent in a while. The short statement from the court is in the graphic above, declining to grant an injunction.The case against prop 50 will continue, but now it goes back down to the trial court level where it will go through the judicial process which could take years.
I’ve made it clear since this emergency route was filed that the odds of the court doing something here were long.
As for insightful analysis, here you go: this is good news for Democrats and sucks for Republicans.
