Friend, for the last year, rogue judges have tried derailing every part of President Trump’s agenda.

These judges think they’re dictators – and they’re creating a Constitutional crisis.

The latest stunt? A leftist judge in DC says the Trump administration must *extend* Temporary Protected Status for 350,000 Haitians.

First of all, letting hundreds of thousands of unvetted migrants stay here isn’t in America’s interest.

Second, there’s no basis in the law for this judge’s ruling.

Arkansans and Americans didn’t vote to let rogue, unelected judges with Trump Derangement Syndrome set our immigration policy.

If you need a reminder about why the Senate matters, remember:

—> If Democrats take back power, it’ll mean more rogue judges on the bench.

—> If Republicans keep the Senate, it’ll mean more judges who believe in the rule of law.

The stakes are high, it’s less than a month until I’m on the ballot, and I could use your support.

Meet Tom Cotton

After 9/11, Tom Cotton joined the U.S. Army, serving multiple combat tours and in the Old Guard at Arlington National Cemetery.

In the U.S. Senate, he’s fighting for Arkansans and Americans, standing up to the Marxist Left, and building a movement to make America strong again.

Our movement depends on support from working Americans pitching in what they can, when they can. With 2026 coming soon, Tom is counting on tough conservatives across the country to help him build a campaign that can win.
