Team – I had the opportunity to question William Barr yesterday, and let me tell you: I am not satisfied with his answers. My colleagues and I questioned Barr on everything from the aggressive federal response toward peaceful protesters exercising their First Amendment rights to the corruption in his Justice Department. I also asked him the simple question: “Is it EVER appropriate, sir, for the president to solicit or accept foreign assistance in an election?” His answer? “It depends what kind of assistance.”
William Barr has no respect for the rule of law or the American people. His first priority has been and always will be protecting Donald Trump.
