The Future of Polaris and a More Coordinated National Response
What’s Changing, What We’re Learning, and Where We’re Going -  Together

Dear John,

At the end of 2025, Polaris transferred the National Human Trafficking Hotline to a new operator, turning the page on a fundamental part of our history. Now in 2026, we recognize that this new chapter presents an enormous opportunity to understand how fragmentation, duplication, and misaligned incentives are impacting the field to build something better.

Polaris has been listening closely to partners across the anti-trafficking field—about what’s working, what’s challenging, and where greater coordination is urgently needed.

I’d like to personally invite you to join us for a timely conversation about the future of Polaris and how we’re building a more coordinated national response to human trafficking.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How the Hotline transition is informing Polaris’s new focus
  • What we learned during our first ever National Stakeholder Convening
  • Early insights from National Stakeholder Survey (NSS 2.0), how it builds on existing foundations, and responds to today’s realities
  • How Polaris and Allies Against Slavery are partnering to advance shared research and technology

I hope you’ll join us for this important conversation.
