I’m heading to Chicago later this month to support Demi Palecek's campaign
for State Representative in Illinois' 13th District, and she’s doing
something unique.

Demi is organizing one of the largest field programs of any candidate
we’ve worked with for a state legislative race. And she’s doing it in a
community that Trump has been terrorizing with his immigration crackdowns
— a community desperately needing new leadership that will actually stand
up and fight back.

understands what’s at stake when defending immigrant rights, ensuring
access to healthcare, and fighting for the issues that really matter.

up, in and out of uniform, on the campaign trail or at the doors of her
neighbors.
