We want to be clear with you about where things stand.

What’s happening in Minnesota right now isn’t immigration enforcement.
It’s a campaign of intimidation and brutality intended to sow chaos across
our state.

The Trump administration is seeking political retribution against the
people of Minnesota — wielding the power of the federal government and
legal threats to put pressure on anyone who won’t fall in line.

Tim is their top target, but he won’t be silenced. He’s going to keep
standing up for the people of this state, for due process, for
accountability, and for the rule of law — no matter how loud or ugly the
attacks get.

But defending Minnesota from this kind of abuse of power comes at a cost.
Our legal fees are already mounting, and this fight could drag on longer
than any of us want.
