Top U.S. and Israeli generals — including U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine and IDF chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir — held meetings at the Pentagon on Friday amid tensions with Iran.
Tomorrow, White House envoy Steve Witkoff is expected to land in Israel for meetings with Prime Minister Netanyahu, Zamir, and other top officials.
These high-level meetings come as the United States and Israel conducted joint exercises in the Red Sea, demonstrating "the strong military partnership between U.S. 5th Fleet and the Israeli Navy." The U.S. ship, USS Delbert D. Black, which participated in the drill, docked off the coast of southern Israel last week.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth stated today: "The President’s been clear from the beginning, as he was before Midnight Hammer. Iran will not have nuclear weapons capability. They can either negotiate on that front, or we have other options. That’s why the War Department exists."

As the U.S. closely coordinates with Israel and continues to build up its military presence in the region, new reporting shows that the Iranian regime arrested scores of children in its brutal crackdown against protesters. According to human rights groups tracking the protests,
at least 300 children and students were detained by the regime.
The IDF uncovered a Hamas tunnel below Khan Younis in southern Gaza, stretching "hundreds of meters."
The military said that the tunnel contained three living quarters for terrorists and dozens of weapons, including "45 grenades, 35 magazines, 10 rifles, RPG rockets & launcher, 10 explosive devices, and 6 military vests."
Meanwhile, over the weekend, Israel reopened the Rafah crossing in southern Gaza, helping to further alleviate the humanitarian situation in the Strip.
For a better future for Israelis and Palestinians alike, the United States must increase the pressure on Hamas and its sponsors in Qatar and Turkey to ensure the terror group fully disarms.
IDF strikes Hezbollah infrastructure and terrorists
The IDF yesterday launched a new series of strikes against Hezbollah, which continued into today.
The strikes eliminated several Hezbollah operatives who were working to rebuild terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon and planned terror attacks against the IDF.
The mission of AIPAC is to encourage and persuade the U.S. government to enact specific policies that create a strong, enduring and mutually beneficial relationship with our ally Israel.
