There is still time to submit your writing to us! We are extending the deadline to enter our essay contest to February 8th.

We are hosting the writing contest in collaboration with the Progressive Policy Institute’s American Identity Project which explores what it means to be an American today. We want to showcase a New Liberal’s perspective on how we can promote patriotism across the Democratic Party.

Essays should be ~1,500 words, and the contest is only open to U.S. residents. The winning essay will be published on PPI’s website. There will also be cash prizes for the top 3 essay submissions.

1st place - $750
2nd place - $500
3rd place - $250
