John,
Oregon’s 2026 short legislative session began today — and the decisions made in Salem will shape our climate, wildlife, and communities for years to come.
We’ll be in the Capitol every day of session, meeting with lawmakers and fighting for our 2026 Priorities for a Healthy Oregon — including landmark wildlife and habitat funding, holding polluters accountable, and protecting critical investments in climate, clean energy, and conservation.
In addition to fighting for our priorities, we know we will have to play a lot of defense to defend against threats to our environment. It’s only day 1 of session, and we’ve already designated four bills as Major Threats to Oregon’s landmark land use planning system, clean water, forests, and environment. This session is going to take every one of us to ensure that we continue making progress and defending against rollbacks. We can’t win without you.
Your gift today fuels the advocacy that makes change possible — from mobilizing volunteers to putting pressure on decision-makers when it matters most. |
