EVV Survey Now Available
The HHSC Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program invites EVV system users to complete the EVV Survey. Your survey responses are an opportunity to share your expectations for the EVV program, help improve current procedures, and prioritize new updates, such as policy or system updates. All responses will be reviewed by HHSC and TMHP.
The survey should be completed by:
- Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers
- CDS employees
- Financial Management Services Agencies
- Medicaid recipients
- Program providers
- Service providers
The EVV Survey is available through Feb. 28.
