As a Lake County Commissioner, I support using any and all county resources to help assist every farmer in our county whose plants and operations have been adversely affected by the freezing temperatures this weekend.
I will be requesting County staff to reach out to all farm owners to assess their needs and to brief the commission on what options we can provide.
We must do everything we can to protect and expand agriculture in Lake County.
