It’s the end of my first week on the job, and I want to give you a quick update.

But first: As Josh’s new campaign manager, it’s my responsibility to make sure we have the resources to keep this seat blue.

Right now we’re facing a major problem: Our end-of-month deadline is tonight at midnight and we are falling $6,500 short of our goal.

So I’m reaching out to ask for your help: Will you please chip in whatever you can to help us hit our first end-of-month goal of the year?

I’ve spent my first week on the job working with Josh to build an aggressive strategy to keep this seat blue. We’ve mapped out everything: digital ads, field organizing, mailers, yard signs, and more.

If we execute this plan, I am confident that we’ll win this election. But if we don’t reach our goal, we’ll have to make cuts.

Josh is doing the right thing by refusing to take corporate PAC money (because no one will be able to buy his vote in Congress), but that means our campaign is funded entirely by grassroots supporters like you.

This is my first deadline with the team, so I’m feeling the pressure to show Josh (and our opponents) that our grassroots team is ready to fight. Can you chip in right now to help us close the gap before the deadline at midnight?
