- Closes dangerous legal loopholes that allow international interference in state policy
- Protects the integrity of our citizen-led process
But we didn’t stop there! SCR 1010 also clarifies what qualifies as an impeachable offense — and yes, that includes public officials who refuse to enforce state law.
Let me be blunt: we’re seeing too many rogue politicians and agency heads who think they’re above the law - that they can ignore court rulings or rewrite Arizona statutes with the stroke of a pen.
