Help us register more Latinx voters while there’s still time!

John --
Politico is reporting that voter registrations are up in swing states among older, white, conservative people. They’re calling it “good news” for Trump.
While we want everyone to participate in elections, older, white, and conservative Americans are rarely underrepresented in the electorate. Because they vote so consistently, they have more than their share of influence when it comes to picking our leaders. At the same time, young people and people of color are already less likely to be voters. So for the upcoming election to fairly represent the will of the American people, many, MANY more young people of color need to vote!
“A slowdown in adding new voters to the rolls during the pandemic has played to Republicans' advantage.” -- Politico

Voto Latino has already registered over 100,000 new voters this summer. But the pandemic has severely hurt voter registration efforts across the country. So while we had a strategy to register a record number of voters online before the pandemic, we’re now putting that strategy into overdrive: we have to register even more people, and do it faster to make sure voters have enough time to request their mail-in ballots. And friends -- we need your support to do it.
Will you please chip in if you can to help us register 500,000 voters while there’s still time?
