I’m going to be completely honest with you: I’m worried about where we stand.

I don't like sending emails that sound desperate, but we are just hours away from our January deadline, and we are still short of our goal.

Ever since I stepped up on the Oversight Committee to demand transparency and accountability, the powerful interests in Washington have moved us to the top of their target list.

If we fall short tonight, it sends a signal to our opponents that we’re vulnerable. It tells the elite and the powerful that they can drown out our message if they just spend enough money.

I’m doing everything I can in Washington to protect our federal workers, lower costs, and ensure the rule of law applies to everyone. But I can't keep up this fight if we don't have the resources to defend this seat.
