Things are moving fast in the halls of Congress, and there are a few things you need to know about how to help us not only resist but move on the offense.

→ First, House Democratic leaders announced this week that they are prepared to start impeachment proceedings against Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem if she will not willingly resign.

→ At the same time, the federal government may run out of funding this Friday because Republican lawmakers insist on giving DHS and ICE a blank check with no guardrails.

→ The takeaway: Things will continue to be touch-and-go unless Democrats flip Congress in the midterms — so we need to put up a hell of a fight at every turn.
