Why Seth went on Hannity

John,

Tonight, Seth went on Sean Hannity, a show most Democrats avoid.

Democrats cannot keep surrendering entire audiences to platforms built to defend Donald Trump and spread outright falsehoods about our values.

Seth didn’t go on Hannity to change the host’s mind. That was never the point. He went on to confront lies head-on and speak directly to millions of Americans who rarely see Democrats push back in real time.

On the show, Seth asked why Hannity wouldn't criticize Trump just one time; Hannity wouldn't respond. When Seth said that he doesn't think anyone should be executed for kicking a taillight, Hannity didn't have a response.

It was only when Seth stated the obvious — that anyone who believes in American values shouldn't have a problem with those who break the law being prosecuted — that he got Hannity to begrudgingly mutter the words I agree.

If we want to hold this administration accountable, we need leaders willing to show up where the misinformation is loudest and stand up to it. Letting lies go unanswered only gives them more room to take hold.

If you want to see more leadership like this, direct, unafraid, and focused on winning, help power Seth’s campaign by making a contribution today.

PITCH IN

Thank you,

— Team Moulton
