What we witnessed last weekend was the intentional execution of a civilian bystander by masked government agents.

Not self-defense. Not law enforcement. Murder.

So I want Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, and every ICE thug involved in Alex Pretti’s murder to hear me on this: Everyone responsible will face criminal charges. There will be accountability.

In the meantime, get the hell out of Minnesota. And start following the law.

But strong words on their own are not enough. That’s why I’ve traveled to Minnesota for an on-the-ground field hearing to conduct oversight of ICE’s misconduct. I’ve signed on to the resolution in Congress to impeach Kristi Noem. And I’ve continued to hold the line here in Orange County, working around the clock to keep Trump’s ICE surge out of California.

The criminals in the White House are terrorizing our nation. And I’m not going to stand by and take it. I’m ready to fight for my country — and I hope you are too. If you’re with me, I hope you’ll sign your name to my new petition demanding a criminal investigation into the Trump administration.
