John,
National Republicans may think they have the support of Hispanic voters, but I want to be clear about something:
Representation is not something you fake during election season.
They can release all the press statements they want, but here in South Texas, we know the difference between being talked at and being stood up for.
When Monica de la Cruz votes to slash health care and food assistance, that’s not representation.
When she sides with party leaders over working families, that’s not a “new generation.”
And when Washington Republicans brag about “targeting” Hispanic voters, it tells you exactly how they see us.
I’m running for Congress because South Texas deserves real representation. This race is one of the few chances in the country to flip a seat. It’s why Republicans are paying attention, and it’s why we need all the help we can get to close this month strong and head into the next month with momentum.
Can I count on you to chip in right now with a $25 contribution to this campaign?
