We are all fighting hard these days, friends. And I want to remind us all that it's worth it. I have some good news to share: we have once again won against the Trump administration.

Federal judge blocks Trump threats to remove Coloradans from SNAP

— Colorado Sun, 1/28/26

As your attorney general, I’ve won against Trump’s lawlessness time and time again — and that’s the kind of commitment you will always get from me as your governor. Before January ends tomorrow, can you show you’re with us by chipping in $15 (or what you can)? Anything helps us meet our $10,000 goal.

Look, I keep fighting in court because no one harms Coloradans on my watch.

When Trump attacked Coloradans’ access to SNAP, he didn’t only threaten the 600,000 people — including nearly half of SNAP recipient households with children — who receive those benefits so they can afford to pay for food. He attacked all of us.

These callous cuts are harming Coloradans. As Colorado State University estimated, cutting SNAP by just 20% would damage our state’s economy to the tune of $35 million. Taking food away from vulnerable Coloradans is wrong; in Colorado, we believe that we all must look out for one another. When some of us are harmed, we all are.

It’s another reason that fighting for Colorado — as your attorney general today, and soon as your next governor — is so important to me.

Starting on day one as your governor, I’ll be ready to fight for a healthier, kinder, safer, and more resilient state. But as you may know, no one wins an election alone — especially when you’re like us, and the campaign is fueled by grassroots supporters, not billionaires’ money. So I’m humbly asking: can you chip in $15 today, and help us meet our $10,000 goal before the month ends? Any amount makes a difference. >>>

CHIP IN $15

With gratitude,

Phil
