Democrats must double-down on efforts to defend and expand liberal majorities on state Supreme Courts in key states. These courts are the barrier to Trump’s most insidious election rigging plots. The control over how elections are administered lies with states, not the federal government.
To secure future elections and ensure fairness, we cannot have Trump judges in place on key swing state courts that could issue decisions in favor of MAGA in states where it matters most.
