As George’s finance director, it’s my job to make sure we stay on top of every deadline. Right now, we’re coming up on our first end-of-month deadline of the election year.

I know it seems early -- the primary in California isn’t until June, and Election Day in November is even farther away. But I can’t stress enough how important it is to fund our voter outreach efforts right now.

Proposition 50 added tens of thousands of voters into CA-27 -- most of whom have no idea who George is and how hard he fights for our communities in Congress. And with the slim margin for the House majority, Democrats can’t regain control and hold the MAGA agenda accountable without this seat.

So, what we raise now will impact our voter outreach efforts: Meeting this goal means more doors knocked, yard signs planted, and events held -- falling short means we leave an opening for our Republican challengers.
