Ralph and I go way back. Both of us were born and raised right here in South Carolina. We’ve fought the same battles for conservative principles, and never backed down from doing what’s right, even when it’s not easy.
Ralph and I came in as freshman legislators together in the SC Statehouse in 2004. We fought for transparency, fiscal responsibility, and restructuring government. Ralph supported me in my tenure as governor and fought with me to cut spending, pass tort reform, stop illegal immigration, and more.
When it comes to championing conservative policies, Ralph doesn’t just talk the talk. He rolls up his sleeves and gets to work, no matter how tough the battle ahead may seem.
Ralph isn’t a career politician. In fact, he’s fighting to end career politicians and enact term limits once and for all!
He’s a husband, a father, and a proud grandfather to 17 grandchildren.
Ralph’s race will not be easy. He’s taking on the political establishment in Columbia. As someone who’s taken on the political establishment myself, I know how tough it can be to break through the noise and get your message out.
