Last night, I joined Anderson Cooper for a town hall with Minnesotans demanding justice and accountability.

I made it clear: No one is above the law, including ICE.

In this country, federal agents don’t have qualified immunity. JD Vance might like how that argument sounds on TV, but spin doesn’t work in the courtroom.

My duty as Attorney General is to keep working until we reach the truth and ensure justice and accountability. That’s why my office is in court — to defend the rule of law, stop the federal government from destroying or tampering with evidence, and end ICE’s unconstitutional occupation of our state.
