Instead of making far-overdue reforms to ICE — no masks for agents, clear identification and visible badge numbers, and no unlawful searches or seizures — the Republican Senate is voting on a spending bill to expand funding for ICE TODAY with no accountability.

Herbert, hear me when I say this:

We won’t stand by while Republicans hand ICE endless funds to carry out Trump’s violent bidding.

We won’t roll over while ICE terrorizes our communities and shreds our Constitution.

We won’t stop until Democrats take back our power from Trump and his bloodthirsty allies.

I need 850 supporters to step up right now to send a clear message to Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, and every Republican who votes to enable ICE’s brutality: Democrats WILL take back the House in 2026. Herbert, the unlawful and violent tactics from ICE demand action and accountability from Congress.

Congress must require ICE follow the same standards expected of our local law enforcement: no masks, clear identification and visible badge numbers, and no unlawful searches or seizures.

Finally, in America, no one is above the law, and I believe the actions and tactics of ICE agents under the Trump Administration must be held accountable.

Congress must exercise its oversight authority and conduct independent investigations.

Let me be clear: If Republicans in Congress won’t hold ICE accountable, we must replace every last one of them with people who will.
