The precious metals complex: Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, are putting on a stunning display of strength. In most cases, their charts rise vertically, like a parabola. Such chart patterns indicate either grave concern, acute shortages, or speculative excess. Likely all three are now factors. Charts like these, of course, lay the conditions for sharp corrections, but big money can also be made in parabolic charts. To date, there is little sign of price weakness.
