The Department of Homeland Security is criminalizing constitutionally protected efforts to protest and document the public activities of federal agents. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s corrupt underlings have repeatedly lied about DHS’ violent actions — including the murders of Renee Good, Alex Pretti and the many other people who’ve died in DHS custody but haven’t garnered national headlines.

Tell the Senate: Not One Cent for ICE > [link removed]

Friend,

Our hearts break for everyone whose lives have been torn apart by state-sponsored violence as ICE escalates its campaign of terror in communities from coast to coast.

Masked, heavily armed agents have executed people in broad daylight, entered homes without warrants and assaulted people for exercising their constitutionally protected right to film public law-enforcement activity. Children are being ripped away from their families and sent off to detention centers thousands of miles from their homes.1 The very government officials responsible for these atrocities are lying through their teeth to cover them up — and are threatening the media and citizen journalists who dare speak truth to power.

Thankfully, people are rising up in opposition to the Trump administration’s violent occupation of U.S. cities. Even during record cold, brave members of the public have gone on strike, shared mutual aid and exercised their right to record ICE agents. Yet even in this time of mounting public outrage, ICE has killed at least nine people just this month, including Renee Good and Alex Pretti.2 Dozens of others died in ICE custody in 2025 — one of the deadliest years in the agency’s history.3

We need Congress to act. The Trump administration has shown a monstrous willingness to attack and demean its constituents, dishonor the memory of its victims and try to intimidate anyone who seeks accountability. The corrupt officials in and around the White House couldn’t be more clear: They do not care about your life or your rights. They will twist, scheme and terrorize, and they will never accept blame or show a single shred of remorse.

It’s easy to feel like there’s nothing one person can do to put a stop to ICE’s reign of terror — but if we speak out together, we have a real chance of convincing the Senate to cancel ICE’s blank check.4 Sign our petition right away. *One click on the link or button will instantly add your name to our petition if we have your details on file.*
