Despite countless attacks against them by Donald Trump and his administration, Dem govs across the country are standing up to Donald Trump in court – and they’re winning.

That’s not coincidence – that’s courage in leadership.

But here’s the truth: We’re only one year into Trump’s term, and even after losing again and again in court, he and his MAGA allies will do anything to achieve their extreme agenda. Earlier this month, Trump openly said that “we shouldn’t even have an election.”

Now, after escalating the use of force in Minnesota and launching a baseless investigation of Gov. Walz, Trump is taking his assault on our democracy to a terrifying new level – abusing the Department of Justice to strong-arm the state and demand unrestricted access to voter registration records as the price for ending his attack.

Team, this isn’t politics as usual – this is a gross misuse of power that puts our neighbors, our votes, and our fundamental rights at risk.

That’s why we’re asking you to take a stand today. Add your name to our petition to show your support for Democratic governors fighting back against Trump and defending our fundamental rights and freedoms.

Our legal victories last year proved that when we fight, we win. But the fight for our democracy is far from over.
