Animal Care and Control experts have safely tranquilized the young mountain lion previously reported in Pacific Heights and are now transporting the animal back to its natural habitat.

At this time, there are no credible reports of a second mountain lion. However, if you believe you have seen one, please contact Animal Care and Control Dispatch at (415) 554-9400.
