Right now, puppy mills are still getting away with neglecting helpless puppies and pregnant dogs, and denying them basic veterinary care. Big Pork lobbyists are backing dangerous bills that could doom farm animals to continued suffering and wipe out state-level progress for animal welfare. Successful laws like the Endangered Species Act are under vicious attack, and officials are failing to defend vulnerable wildlife. Our advocacy for helpless animals couldn’t be more urgent.
