Help Immunize​.org serve you: please take our brief biennial evaluation survey

Dear IZ Express readers,

Once every two years, Immunize​.org asks you to complete a brief online survey to share your input on the aspects of our work that matter to you. This may include our communications, clinical resources, translations, coalition support, or websites.

Your anonymous feedback is a critical consideration in our planning for future improvements. Your responses also help us demonstrate the value of the work we do with the federal funding we currently receive.
